Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service. I rented a vehicle from a different location and when it was time to drop off the car I went to this location by mistake. The staff and the manager there were very helpful, understanding and went above and beyond to help me reach the correct drop off location after hours and arrange for the vehicle to be picked up from my home the next day as I was new to the area and I was lost. Thank you for the great customer service experience.

Came into rent a car to help my parent move and they were friendly and super helpful. Would definitely come again to this location. The staff made sure I was well looked after and Dustin make the whole thing easy and welcoming.

My car needed a repair and luckily this Rent-A-Car was only one street over from the auto-body shop. A driver from Enterprise came within a couple of minutes of the body shop calling which was great. The staff was very friendly and got me into a car very quick. Car was clean and well maintained. When returning the car I was again greeted with friendly staff and great service. Would definitely recommend this location for renting needs.

I have rented from this location several times in the past year, am have been very happy with the service and rates. Dustin and the other staff members provided great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again!

Got into a car accident and picked Enterprise to have my rental. Definitely a great decision. My car insurance company refused to cover the last few days of my rental. Matt, on the other hand, tried his best to come to a solution with me and help me out. He really values his customers and it is for this reason, that I will always return to Enterprise at Erin Mills. They'll really pick you up.
