Incredible experience Shocked at the level of horrible service I received from this discount location. First they don't have what I want they say the auto body shop asked for a Minivan and not a pickup. They don't have the minivan either but they do have a expedition it's huge and absolutely filthy. The vehicle stinks of fried food and every surface is sticky. I have no choice but to take it cause it's all the have till they get me a a pickup truck. Thank god the pickup was brand new out of the dealership it still had all the stickers on it or else I would probably have been dirty.

Came here to pick up a rental because my car was in the bodyshop. I was given a GMC Terrain with the engine oil light on. It was concerning me so I went back to speak with the agent and they told me not to worry it's just the oil needs to be changed. I trusted them and went on with my day. It's been about a week I have the truck and I noticed my gas tank was emptying fast. I decided to open the hood and check the oil dipstick myself. When inspecting the dipstick, there was no oil! I would never go back here again. If I ever have to rent a vehicle from a rental company, I am making sure to inspect the vehicle mechanically and not just cosmetically with the agent
