Excellent service and product! From start to finish, End of the Roll provided friendly service for the installation of carpet. Chris and Madonna answered all of our questions and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. The customer service, cost and quality of installment provided was significantly better than another local carpet company we had used for a smaller job a couple of months ago. The two installers were very friendly and super efficient. Very happy with End of the Roll in Barrie and would highly recommend!!

They did a great job and were easy to deal with. The person who put the hard flooring in was a perfectionist, which I appreciate. My only gripe if any is that they did not vacuum up the materials that were left after installing carpet. The carpet installation left pieces of carpet that covered the floor and since we had to move in directly after the install, I am sure we will be finding pieces of shredded carpet for years.
We have gotten carpet from here several times now for different homes we've had. Each time the experience is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the quality of carpet and installation is fantastic. Thanks End of The Roll-Barrie, we will continue to use and recommend you in the future.
End product and installation was good, but we were not impressed with the process. We have never had to pay upfront for this type of service and was told a few days before that if we did not, they would not install and we could not afford the time to start over with someone else. Once we paid, we were contacted 3 times for more money. In the end, we were told by the installer that product that had been sent was not needed and we should ask for a refund, which we did. The whole thing felt shady and we would have liked the actual price upfront and not to have it changed several times.
We worked with Madonna O'Leary on several occasions to buy flooring and carpets for rental properties in Barrie. She was friendly, professional, gave us information that assisted in making a good decision for the house. Madonna is very knowledgeable about the stock and where it will fit best in a home. I recommend them without hesitation
Was looking for a very large rug for months and I dropped in and that when I had Madonna look after me. Madonna never pushed I told her what my budget was and she never went over. The rug was made and a week later it's on my floor, I've tried everywhere End of the roll I will keep going back to. Great for value, great for instock and great for customer service.
My wife and I recently had new carpet installed at our house and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Chris R. was more than helpful and even answered my afterhours phone calls. Great experience. Would defiantly recommend !!!!
