Music Pro

Wow, it would seem after reviewing past reviews that this is either a hit or miss facility, it seems if you catch the staff in the right mood, you are in, or if in a bad mood, you should go away. This is sad in today's world. My suggestion is perhaps instead of a open or close sign, put up a good mood or bad mood sign, do not waste eager customers time with your poor attitude. Always, remember, customers pay YOU! They are your pay cheque. I had put on my Christmas wish list a particular item, a pearl or white colored guitar pick. My wife had no idea where to locate such an item, so I got the info on line and suggested this store based on the good reviews, I now regret not spending more time reading the bad reviews, because now here is our review. My wife went into this store, was greeted by a tall thin gentleman with facial hair, asked for a pearl guitar pick, was met with this statement..."we do not carry these here""..., and the man turned and walked away from her. She was speechless at this "wonderful" customer service. And I have to remember, it was me that sent her there. She persisted further and found white picks which she purchased, and if not for being my first choice on my list, she would have certainly walked out of this facility empty handed. All I have to say is FANTASTIC, you folks at Music Pro get a review you deserve! Merry Christmas!

Good selection of instruments. People are pretty knowledgeable. Not too hip to the super Boutique stuff, but good enough. The guitar tech and amp Tech is fantastic. The turnaround time on gear getting fixed is really good. I'm not sure if they work on commission or not, but they definitely give off that vibe. Another negative is that you feel pretty uncomfortable when you play Loud. I know you really shouldn't be playing loud, but when you're interested in amp you got to hear what it can do before you take it home

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I bought an Epiphone Les Paul and was happy with the help I received. I love the guitar and will visit these guys again when I'm in the market for a second, third and fourth guitar. I'd recommend Music Pro to anyone.

This is a GREAT place. I stopped in on my way to Parry Sound and was pleasantly surprised! Very nice looking store/large selection. My daughter is learning piano and I wasn't sure if I should get a digital piano, or a real one. The salesman spent a fair bit of time showing me several different brands and styles. Made me feel like he actually cared about what my daughter needed for her piano lessons. I will be coming back!

I have had great service at this music store. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. You can play any instrument and will set up anything you need to try out various accessories. It is a great music store.
