Sugar Thai Food

Excellent food as always, but based on our last experience I felt the need to write this review... first off, my deepest apologies to the poor waitress who had to endure my father's extremely rude behavior after our meal, she really didn't deserve the scene he made and it wasn't her fault. To the owners of Sugar Thai: having only one waitress during lunch rush isn't working! It's always busy for lunch, and even though I could see she was working on many things as fast as possible, it took almost 40 minutes for the waitress to have a single break to place our order while four other employees were walking around the back or just standing and watching behind a stack of menus. I have no doubt that with two people waiting tables/taking occasional phone orders, this restaurant would operate to a somewhat standard expectation. Will not be returning until they figure out that they must change this.

The food has never disappointed us and the staff are always very kind and attentive. Probably our favorite place to eat in Ellensburg. Great vegetarian options!

This restaurant had good food and was very accommodating. I couldn't find anything I liked on the menu so I made my own meal based on what I like. There 5 stars is actually spicy unlike many places I have gone. They were a bit expensive for what I am used to. $30 for an appetizer and entree. Still good food and a great experience.

The food is good but not a typical authentic Thai food as some spices that's supposed to be in certain recipes are missing. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and so as the service.

Super yummy food with lots of options! I got the yellow fried rice with pineapple in it and it was so tasty! I also got a Thai iced tea which was awesome! The other people in my party also really enjoyed their food. The service was great as well!
