East Side Marios & D'arcy Mcgee's Pub

Great experience at East Side Marios. Food was delicious and service was best our family had in a while. Why? Brought our drink order quickly. Salad and bread soon to follow. Meal shortly after. 3 separate people checked in to be sure all was well. Kids got drink refills and nice to have free WiFi.

Family restaurant. It was loud, but very kid-friendly. Staff were attentive and prompt to take our order and bring food. Bathrooms were clean and food was hot

I visited this location on Monday January 15th on my way to a meeting to pick up a garden salad with chicken from the Takeout. My experience was not good. I waited 30 minutes for my salad, the server was very polite, however, in letting me know twice that the kitchen was still cooking my chicken for the salad. Just before my salad was coming and gentleman came to tell me my salad was coming soon, I asked if it was normal for a salad to take so long, he said "well it takes 15 minutes and yours took 21 minutes, that's not that bad". Then another gentleman came and finally gave me the reason for why my salad took so long, explaining that the chicken was not up to standard and not the right side. At this point, I was late for my meeting as I didn't expect to wait 30 minutes for a salad, never was I offered any compensation or courtesy for the inconvenience of the wait and above all each person that spoke to me was somehow trying to justify like though it was a mistake it was ok. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location ever again. For this establishment, I would encourage you to better train your staff on customer service and handling matters when mistakes or mishaps occur in your kitchen, NEVER justify this type of occurence to your customers. It is NOT acceptable.

Food was terrible. Place just opened and I was excited to try it. They should have just made it a Darcy's or an East Side Mario's. It's like a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, they just don't work.
