Came here Victoria Day Eve to grab burgers and milkshakes. It was very late and the store was heavily understaffed. The line was packed but luckily Kayla was able to handle the entire line and make it to us while maintaining incredible customer service and food quality. She was incredible and truly made my night. Get her a raise and some more staff to help out

**Review Updated to 1 star - I was contacted by customer service, they asked me to provide a long list of details about my visit, which I did. Then they simply never responded again, even after I followed up. Thanks for the terrible food, AND further for the waste of time!**nnIncredible service which couldn't have been better, while food couldn't have been much worse.nThe fries were partially cooked, not crisp and still firm inside, the onion rings were soggy and not worth eating. Then there was the burger... the quality was very poor, and the patty was one of the most processed burger patties I've eaten. The texture was springy and unlike beef. To add to insult, the sign on their wall boasts about the meat quality and it coming from local farms.nnThe meal was a complete disappointment.

Another great location. I enjoyed my fesh and well prepared chicken wrap, which was topped just the way I like it.nnStaff was pleasant and friendly, and my meal was prepared promptly. There is ample parking at this location.

Service is definitely zero star. I went through the drive through and ordered a kids hotdog meal and an apple pie. After waiting in line for 12 minutes, I got my order, and good on me for checking as there was no apple pie in the bag. I went back through the drive thru to let them know I was missing the apple pie. The staff instructed me to drive up to collect it. There were 2 cars ahead of me. After waiting for 5 mins the first car left and the second car moved up. Altogether by that time I had wasted 12 minutes in the line already. Because the other car had moved up, I was able to move up to where I could get out of the line so I parked and went inside to pick up the pie. I picked up the pie off the counter and walked out. I don’t know what they were expecting me to do because the girl behind the counter was like “ok then” with an attitude and another person mumbled “sorry about that ma’am” while he chuckled away.nI handed the food to the person I had ordered it for…no napkins or ketchup in the bag. What lousy service! Those staff should be ashamed of themselves!!!

One of their young staff, a young man, was exceptionally courteous and very attentive to making our burgers. And the manager was very friendly and polite. Appreciate this type of service.
