Great customer service! I walked in to check out the Bromptons and the staff were really friendly and knew the product really well. No pressure sales was nice too :) if I win the lottery I will come back and buy one lol

I've been going to Dumoulin for years now and am always impressed by the exceptional and quality service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and they always try to find solutions to fit your budget. If you live in the neighbourhood, Dumoulin should always be your go-to bike shop. Also: flat tires are changed on a busy Saturday afternoon in under 30 mins. Excellent!

These guys charge same price for fix bike than speed bike, even if the job requires definitely less things to do. Like cleaning the gears... there is only 1 on fix but same price. Don't go there if u have a fix bike, they'll try to steal ur money.

good bicycle shop in villeray next to jean-talon market. they carry a wide variety of popular bicycle related items. the more obscure ones, you'd have to look elsewhere or they could try and order it for you. which in itself is great as you don't have to hunt it down yourself. staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they know their stuff. there's a workshop downstairs in the back where you can bring your bike (access by the parking lot) and they'll work on it/tune it. as for prices, it can be expensive and they don't really have any discount, besides the clearance bin, which makes you shop around.
