if you choose this place then good luck, worked there for about a week and that and that time the guy would just be drinking complaining physically f****** poking me, very unprofessional. when it came time to get paid told me to come back in a week, when I do come back in a week he told me to come back in another 5 days when I came back in 5 days you told me you still doesn't have the money and that if I wanted he could transfer it to me via email. That took him over two days. In that time he tells me how much he hates calling customers, orders the wrong parts (cheaper then the ones the customer had ordered) and tells me to install them anyway. Honestly this guy is shady at best. I wouldn't trust him to change a cable much less build or tune up a bike. Also who writes a review on their own place? Gene Pelletier does, kind of funny actually. Anyway this is a warning to ppl who go this shop for work or for service, MAKE SURE THE RIGHT THINGS ARE BAUGHT AND USED! EXPECT NOT TO GET PAYED IF YOU WORK FOR HIM.

I've been here several times now with different issues on different bikes and these guys have been the absolute best about fixing everything. Super great and welcoming guys. They do great work and do it quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Had a pretty horrible customer experience as they did not call me when my bike was ready after a tune up ( I had to call 5-6 times ). Also tune up was not on point, brakes were still loose and was informed that the wheel had a rusty axel and that I should change it. Which was not the case at all after I disassembled it absolutely no rust found nowhere. Only reason I give this 2 stars is for the price, which is the best around. Service and quality is not.

The guy (i think his name was Dave) was super nice to me...i went there to change the tire,he called me a few minutes later to offer me a better deal which i really appreciated. He said it was gonna be ready for friday. I went on saturday and it was not ready yet. Sunday i go pick my bike up and i noticed the tire is flat. A different guy pumps it and tells me it's all good,the next day my tire is flat. I went there the same day and they fixed it at no cost. No questions asked. Overall: good price, but my experience was not the best.

I brought my flat tire in to get fixed and they discovered that the tire itself was cracked. They said that they would need to fix my axel as well but it would take three days to get the part. A couple hours later they called me and miraculously it's all fixed so I go to pick up my bike only to realize that they didn't fix the tire at all, only the axel. I didn't realise at the time because the tire was full of air, but sure enough within a few minutes of riding, the tire was flat. Also, they lost the cap for my air on the tire.
