ABC Cycles - Vélo Montréal

Great shop, I've bought two of my bikes from them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of bikes and parts. The mechanics are also very good/helpful. I had to have my bike repaired there and it was easy to make an appointment and get my bike back in a timely manor. I expected to pay a lot more based on the damage but the price was very fair. Every time I go there I'm glad I made the trip. Easily one of my top recommendations for Montreal bike shops.

Since 1977 I used to do maintenance of my bikes at ABC and I bought all my new bikes there. I've tried other bike stores and workshops. I consider their customer service as well as quality/price ratio excellent. I challenge them every time I go there and come out always satisfied. In my mind their nickname is "SWISS QUALITY ".I'am a former bike racer I've raced in Europe for Quebec team as well as a bike commuter winter & summer since 50 years. I recommend this store without any hesitation .

I've been to this store a number of times to buy parts and tools, and generally received really good service. I also have the sense that the sellers don't seem to take advantage of my ignorance regarding bikes, hence i'm not lead into buying extremely expensive stuff for nothing. I get what I need at a good price, learn a few things from the humble sellers, and not long ago even got a free quick fix for my bike! Thanks!

Visited the store 2 weeks ago to purchase a Fixed gear, the salesman was knowledgeable and happy to answer any question I had. Came back a week later because I wasn't comfortable on the bike and they exchanged it no questions asked. Definitely a returning customer! Very good client experience

The best bike shop in Montreal according to me! They have been around for quite a while, and I'm pretty sure it is the largest store in town. You will find the best prices and a very large selection of items. The salesmen have good knowledge of the products and the mechanics do a fine job!

Great experience at ABC, I just went for a light and the guy was really nice teaching me a lot of things not only regarding lighting we went for a whole class about road bikes and parts comparisons mainly breaks. Prices looked fair to me similar than other stores... at least for lights and shorts... Whenever I go for or my next bike I'll consider them between my options

Want some expert advice on your biking needs? Go to ABC cycles. I knew absolutely nothing about road bikes, and left with knowledge adapted to my style, needs and the bike I was riding. The person helping me did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need, but instead directed me only towards things I needed. I left a happy camper, with more knowledge about the products I was using, how to use them, and when to use them.

best bike shop in Montreal. I bought all my bikes 4 up to now at ABC mechanic service is great too. But you need to call in advance, it is almost packed

It's a very nice place to buy bikes staff , you will find lot of things good quality but high prices. If y're looking for good service and nice bikes well known brands, that's the place to go. I recommend it .

I went there multiple times, great service, fair price. Sometimes over crowded before summer starts. I had only one hiccup with a new disc brake but they tried to make it up. Better than the average local bike shop.
