Three things that made this place top notch; the beds were soooo comfortable and the comforter was like heaven. Pillows were soft and fluffy, but since there were 4 on bed it was like having a body pillow across the top. Second; I thought the bathroom was state of the art. Lots of room to spread out. The lighting was wonderful. A magnified mirror attached to the wall. The shower was delightful. Wide shower head. So relaxing. Third; I don’t know where they get the complementary chocolate chip, oatmeal cookies from, but they are like heaven! Warm when they give them out and homemade tasting. Nice-touch Double Tree! Such a nice, relaxing enjoyable stay.

Great customer service, rooms could use an upgrade. Front desk is helpful and they have a nicely stocked store. If you plan on having a refrigerator, make sure when you make your reservation that the room has one, as not all of the rooms are so equipped.

Robbie at the front desk is absolutely amazing. So is Carol from the restaurant..It's these two employees who keep me coming back year after year! :)

This was an okay hotel. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel was overpriced. There was no complimentary breakfast, no inside pool either. The staff were friendly and always cleaned our room very nice. It's a great hotel for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend anything over 3 nights.

Good location. Can get right on the highway and easily go into boston or south to Plymouth.
