Story

On August 7, 2009 The Inn at Scituate Harbor opened its doors . With dedication and passion of three local families and support of the dedicated staff, The Inn was restored to its natural Cape Cod New England charm. The Inn features 29 spacious guest rooms all with views of Scituate Harbor.

From any of our guest rooms you can take in the sunrise over the picturesque harbor, watch the lobster boats cruise in to the fisherman’s wharf with the day’s catch, and view the Scituate Lighthouse.

Residents and visitors alike have all come to appreciate the handsome restoration of this beloved waterfront Inn.

Loved spending a week here... Needed the tranquility... The homey atmosphere while enjoying bay views, complete with fresh salty ocean breezes, was beyond soothing. Nearby restaurants (GALLEY, THE MILL) with incredible fresh seafood, as well as surprising wine offerings, made the vacation very special. Highly recommend a 20 minute walk to the bay lighthouse - incredible sunrise views, if you're lucky.

Loved my stay at this cute inn and would have given it 5 stars except the water in the pool was very cool for a hotel pool and there were several stairs to get to the pool and rooms. I use a walker/rollator and the staff were very accommodating by giving us the closest room/least amount of stairs and carried it for me when I was by myself. It would be impossible though for someone who can't do any stairs. Right on the water, beautiful views, great staff, soft comfy beds and clean rooms. Super creaky floors but didn't bother me. Lovely spot, right on the harbor.  Great view. Updated rooms, continental breakfast.  Very hospitable.  Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Words aren't adequate enough to convey how thoughtful and exceptional the ownership and staff are at this establishment!  Was here on business to document an histotic Nor'Easter.  Although the entire town lost power, they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service to all guests.  Moreover, they also provided a very substantial discounted rate to help so many local residents who still don't have power.  

Equally as impressive, the hotel is gorgeous, very clean, has spacious and comfortable rooms, and all the wonderful amenities listed on their website. 

In short, I would strongly recommend this particular Inn if you are seeking a truly five-star experience...accompained by a breathtaking view of Scituate Harbor!
