Rodeway Inn

The room is fine. Clean and mostly quiet. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast was a breakfast. You can tell the new management is trying, but, have limited resources. The mattresses are very new and ultra firm. I also suggest you bring your own pillow, you'll be more comfortable.

The Rodeway In is recently under new management. The staff was pleasant and friendly, very agreeable. We found amenties lacking, but the room was clean, today, and adequate. We hope that the new management will continue to improve the hotel. Things to be aware of: WiFi was iffy, pillows are half size, 3 to a bed, and the cable was fuzzy direct TV. We we're just pleased that it was better than other reviews had indicated!

It was a very decent hotel. My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and we didn't have problems, besides not having a phone in the room. Overall, the beds were super comfy and clean, the washroom and shower were very clean. The look of the hotel is a bit outdated, but it didn't bother me. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great. I'd come back to Rodeway Inn when I come back to Boston.

Worse hotel I've even been at. The staff was beyond horrible. I had my shoes stolen. In order not to refund us, they charged us via credit card for 2 lamps, which we never took. The police had to be called, because the situation with hotel management was escalating. The Hotel manager said that when I checked out at 11pm, housekeeping had time to enter the room and notice that I had left with 2 lamps. I was later refunded, when the morning manager came in. I was never told anything about my shoes, and the multiple messages I left for upper management went unanswered. My only say is to take my business elsewhere and publicity. Dont go here. If it comes down to money, sometimes, spending the few extra dollars, gives you peace of mind & service
