Douglas House

Terrible! My grandmother has lived here for a very long time, 20+ years.. and upon multiple requests has yet to have her carpets replaced. They renovate the main offices, the first floor, the elevators and hallways frequently but could care less to do something necessary. Her bathroom is falling apart.The sink in the kitchen never drains, and there are roaches.

The Douglas house in Brockton use to be an amazing environment for residents and their family. With the new management everything is upside down; these managers are rude and arrogant .These new management are running this building as if it was prison or jail. They are checking the amount of people going in and out resident home. They are tracking these residents family and friends to see how long they are staying. Making visits limited. They are also limited the parking lot for visiting and if you pass the time they allow with is 4 hours. They will ticket you. I do not recommend family or anyone planning to move to the Douglas house. The new management is terrible.
