This Holiday Inn is great. It'd located right next to a big shopping center so your restaurant options are endless! Check in was a seamless process and rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have a microwave in room to heat up and any leftovers. The breakfast in the morning was a continental breakfast. Definitely one if the better ones I've had. Options included pancakes, cereal, muffin, fruit, omelets, and then some. Definitely would stay here again.

Either this place is brand spanking new or they do an incredible job of maintenance. The desk people were great. My Room was clean. Really really clean.  We are having to work in downtown Boston but cannot afford to stay there. A bit of a drive but totally worth getting out of the crazy city and having a nice clean bed to lay in.

Don’t stay here...Horrendous Customer Service!

On the morning of my intended stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Brockton, MA, my baby was rushed to the hospital with an emergency illness. I was unable to travel as a result and had requested a change of date for my reservation due to my family emergency, I was denied such services. The first time I tried calling the hotel, I was put on hold. Eventually someone picked up the line and said hello; when I answered hello, they hung up on me. The next time I need to book a stay in the area, I will do so elsewhere. Save your time and get better customer service at a better hotel that treats their customers with more respect and understanding.

I'm here on a Sunday night. I have to go to work tomorrow. They have a large conference room they rent out for parties.
This is a Motel,  not a hotel. They are not set up for this. The music is booming in my room.
I asked them to turn it down. They have not.
I will not stay here again.

Dirtiest hotel room I ever sleep in. The room had chicken bones and some other trashes on the floor. Rudest overnight staff ever. I only wonder if they changed the sheets.
