Story

The countryside setting of the Boston / Cape Cod KOA, 15 miles west of Plymouth, makes a great base camp as you explore one of the oldest cities in the Unites States. This New England campground boasts wooded campsites and plenty of on-site recreation opportunities including a Jumping Pillow, a pool and a pavilion for family get-togethers. Enjoy the picturesque setting in a Camping Cabin or a fully furnished Deluxe Cabin. Your KOA hosts will make it easy to explore the history-rich area of southeastern Massachusetts. They'll supply you with lots of info for a quick ride into Boston. Additionally, they can offer brochures, tickets and helpful tips for visiting Plymouth, Boston, Cape Cod and the surrounding areas. Enjoy great seafood restaurants and shops in the area. After a fun-filled day of sightseeing, head back for a swim in KOA's heated swimming pool and a s'more feast at your site's fire ring.

We enjoyed our stay at the Boston/Cape Cod KOA Campground. The staff was very nice and forthcoming. The one thing that did bother us was the proximity to the highway. At least this time of year (late March) with the trees still without leaves to shield some of the traffic noise off, there was a constant background noise. Generally, it's a good campground to visit with kids. Multiple playgrounds, a heated pool (in summer) and changing tables in the bathrooms. Normally we would have given 4 stars, but due to how early in the year we were there, many amenities (pool, jumping pillow...) were not yet set up.

Check in was super fast, and the staff were informative and helpful. They provided great information about the surrounding area and even warned us about inclement weather that was slated for the evening. Our cabin was very clean and cozy. The bed was really comfortable and despite weather bands from Hurricane Jose, the cabin felt safe and extremely sturdy, I don't think it creaked once all night and the storm was pretty bad. We did not take advantage but they had a heated pool and a nice playground.

Staying here tonight and there isn't any control over the volume of the campground at night. The front desk doesn't answer the phone either. Don't come here if you have small children or want to sleep at night! Horrible night so far. 1am and very noisy!!!

We love camping here. Sites are great and close to attractions in the area.

It was convenient to where we wanted to visit. We were near seasonal sites and being the last weekend of the year there was some loud people after hours. Probably very busy during the summer. Pool, kids playground, horseshoes, etc.
