A clean, well maintained hotel with a staff that goes out of their way to help. I had left a $30 phone charger on a previous stay. The desk clerk called my cell phone to tell me they found it and that they would hold onto it for me. When I returned 5 months later, they remembered my name and said "I have your charger". I was impressed!

We first stayed at this place in August of 2013 and there was much about it that was unsatisfactory, but the price was always right so we kept coming back. And over the past 3 years we've noticed a steady improvement in the rooms and amenities. What has become more obvious than anything else is the high staff morale. They seem relaxed and happy to be on the job, good indications of good management that treats them a team players and values their contributions. So keep it up! You are all doing a great job. The BW Rockland is one of the friendliest, most pleasant hotel/motels I've ever stayed in, and as long as we have family in Hingham, we'll be staying there!

I always enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Rockland. It is a place of refuge and rest for me in the midst of a busy schedule. It is so easy to access the major routes in any direction. They look after me wonderfully and I feel I'm coming home each time I arrive.

I'd do it again. The rooms are great and easy to access. The layout for breakfast was great! People were not in a rush to leave. People enjoyed coffee in the spacious reception area that have several nooks for small groups. I do recommend the express checkout too.

Great hotel! Great rooms, very clean, friendly staff. I visit family in this area a few times a year and book with them as long as they have availability. Very convenient location, close to the highway.
