Kirk knew us by name as we had stayed multiple times. He was very accommodating and we knew much about him through several conversations. The hotel is comfortable and quiet in its location. Now that we are residences of Plymouth we have no need to stay again but would definitely recommend it as a nicer place to stay. The Olive Garden is just down the road and is delicious. (We did take out on-line.) Perfect stay. Try the indoor pool and hot tub!

I travel 100%, I've stayed in hotels everywhere. I've stayed in this particular hotel for 16 months over the last year and a half. This is by far the best hotel in the area and one of the best I've stayed at. Rooms are always clean, hotel in general is always very clean. ALL of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the hotel you want if you are in the area.

I had to edit my initial 5 star rating. We used this hotel for our wedding guests. We set up a block of rooms and confirmed on a recorded call and via email that there would be a shuttle for the wedding. They said our guests may need to wait because it needs to service other guests still, no problem. Night of our wedding they tell our guests we never reserved a shuttle and our guests had to pay for Uber. We called to ask what happened a few days later and calls to Suzanne Babcock who confirmed the shuttle in email and by phone were never returned. We received a very rude email from someone claiming to be the manager saying it is our problem and they would never say that. They refused to review the email or the phone call we had recorded. Terrible customer service and why would they lie about a shuttle for a wedding?! We even offered to pay for the service.

Great Hotel !! We stayed in this hotel for three days and had a great time. The front-desk staff was very courteous and professional. The maids did a good with the cleanup as well. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was clean. The location of this hotel is amazing. Very near to great cafes & restaurants etc. All in all a Great Hotel !

The hotel itself was pretty good, nice pool. The hot tub however had hair and dirt floating in it. The real problem was when I checked out, the next day I received another charge for a night and upon calling found out that the guy who was working the desk did not in fact check me out and they charged me for another night, which I am still fighting to get returned. Decent hotel but when checking out 100% make sure to get a printed receipt!! Not cool!
