Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try something new in Barrie. Owner and staff very warming and friendly. Like a mother, she will not let you leave hungry. The new brunch buffet is definitely worth the 14.99, with a wide selection you can pick from. I could justify eating here for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

So good, I will be back! I ate my main too fast to take a picture... I just added two pictures of my samosa, stir fry, spring roll and roti wrap. Very high quality food, a must visit here in Barrie!

Great food! No matter what kind of food you're craving they've got something for you. Mix and match salads, sliders and poutines in the Bento box. Mexican, Korean, Indian + more varieties. To closest thing you can get to A+ street food in Barrie in a wonderfully colourful clean dining space. A must.

Places like this are hard to find amidst the restaurants these days. Dosti offers something for everyone’s tastes and our experience was a good one. I tried the jerk sliders, butter chicken poutine and Mexican slaw. A trip around the World on one platter and I enjoyed every bite. Now especially with the dreaded lockdown, why not try the for takeout? It’s a healthy option as compared to many others!

Dosti is one of the most ethnic minority friendly restaurants I've ever been to in Canada I'm tired of the unsanitary, white-washed, pretentious restaurants in Barrie that plaster misleading names to lure people in because it appears more "exotic" in their eyes. It's a mystery how anyone falls for culturally inauthentic food. I'm disgusted by the "fusion" restaurants that butcher ethnic cuisine. Since covid, restaurants - and their clientelle included - have made me feel ostracized and uncomfortable, taking a toll on my mental health. We deserve to lead a life without prejudice. When will cultural diversity be celebrated and acknowledged in Barrie? What if, I just want to grab food and not get looks for having a different skin color? Dosti is the golden exception. The staff and clientelle treat me with respect regardless of my skin color and are respectful towards the cuisine. Best authentic food for ethnic minorities in Barrie!

Got in and out fast. Good variety of choices. Very tasty. Service was top notch. Clean, fresh, and surprisingly authentic. Dishware gives a street food flare popular on Netflix. Quality of food is high and the temptation to return will be high. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this place.

Amazing hidden gem. The food seriously surpassed our expectations. The Caribbean fish wrap was absolutely delicious, I truly was not expecting so much flavour. Everyone was super nice and helpful as well, and it’s a fun vibe inside. Can’t recommend enough

An absolute hidden gem! The food is delicious and fresh, I’m not sure if it’s all homemade but it definitely tastes like it is! My workplace ordered in sliders for lunch and I think it was the best lunch we’ve ever had. The chippers are a must with any meal! Can’t wait to start working my way through their menu.
