Dollar Tree

The staff at this Dollartree work so hard! Every time I enter they are restocking and getting the store stacked!nnRecently, I pre-ordered some balloons. The service was EXCELLENT. I was able to pick my balloons and decide when I was going to pick them up. I had a large order that was ready on time! Always appreciate the service and smiles I get when I go to my local Dollar Tree :

Worst service ever. The lady double scanned or it was a machine malfunction. My husband went back in to get our money back. Yes for less then $2 as we didn't purchase said item twice and every penny counts now. When he went in they said they don't normally refund even though it was their error. They made him empty his bad twice to prove he didn't have two of the item. Very rude and disrespectful. Thank God this isn't our nor.mal store and we were just passing through this town. Get your scanner fixed and don't be rude to someone you just tried to over charge.

At Dollar Tree prices are so cheap, $1.50 is basically the price of items compared to dollar stores where you pay $4.00 + for items. I'd rather make the trip into Hawksbury to visit the dollar tree and fill gas as it's at least 0.15 - 0.25 cents cheaper than Quebec! Unbelievable but true.

Just came from the dollar tree in Hawkesbury. Great store, friendly staff and always helpful. Johanne and the other staff take the time to answer questions and are always willing to listen. My husband and I love this store. Keep up the great work and we will surely see you soon. This is our number 1 place to shop before any other store. Thank you for the smiles and putting up with our nonsense. Your committed customers Martha & Yvon.

Honestly cashier had no smile, but she was nice. Manager came out of no where with her you should have rung it up on my cash, cause we used a 100$ bill…. And then don’t take anymore of the 50’s or 100’s as if she can tell what everyone’s going to pay with.. woman’s an old bitty who has no people skills once so ever as can seen in previous ratings. Older woman, quite short, little bit plump, gray hair, and glasses. Can someone fire her and give the job to the poor cashier please, woman doesn’t need to be yelling at the employees the way she is, and really needs to learn people skills. I can definitely say that if I go back, that woman is so irritating I’d honestly just walk back out. If you’re going to be working with the public especially in a pandemic at least have a little tolerance for the public. Cause I’m surprised no one’s cussed this woman out yet she’s so rude. Get better management honestly, I couldn’t imagine going back with this woman there..
