WORST EPERIENCE EVER!! Had forgotten my prescription drug homes for a long weekend so I decided to call my usual Kemptville location to see if I could get my prescription transfered to the Hawkesbury location I only needed 3 pills and they said that the Hawkesbury location needed to call them so they could do the transfer. That was a big mistake. I called the Hawkesbury location to arrange and they told me they would reach out to me when everything is ready, this was at 9:30am. I reached back to them at 11am to see if they had filled my prescription so that I could drive 20mins over to their location since I was in Rigaud. The young girl told me that she didn't have time to call them yet but she would and that she would text me when they are ready. Never received a text that day, so I called them again the next morning and asked them my prescription was ready to be picked and they answered yes with no apologies for the delay. So I drive down to pick up the prescription there was a cost which usually, because of my company benefits there only a $1 charge, so I asked if I could run it through my benefits and said that we are unable to process your benefits. Sorry. So, I pay the full pop for them and head back to Rigaud. When I get there they only gave me 3 pill for a charge and I usually pay $1 for 90 pills. This was a very frustrating experience with 0 attention to customer service or customer satisfaction. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

Recently I decided to quit smoking so I went to shoppers to buy nicoderm step 1 for 7days it costs 70.63$ without tax at Walmart it cost me 60.46$ for 14 days tax in not to mention the pharmacist was one of the rudest individuals I have ever meet in my life no people skills at all!!!!! I don't care if anyone believes me or not never going back just plain robbery

Well I would normally feel bad about a 1 star rating over one experience but looking at the 2.8 rating overall it might be an average experience.nnNormally we use self checkout here so this is the only interaction we've had with staff despite being there a handful of times.nnFair warning this was a bad enough experience that this review is more of an edited down rant.nnMy wife bought two unsealed products, and tried returning them the day after. One product because she was uncomfortable with the fact it was never sealed most brands we are familiar with seal this cometic and my wife's first assumption was she accidentally got the tester, and the other because she did more research and decided to get something better.nnOne item we were told should have come with a seal intact so we couldn't return it, and despite knowing the seal was never intact we accepted this on the not worth my time basis of reasoning.nnThe beautician then proceeded to argue with my wife about products that don't have seals. The beautician even compared unsealed cosmetic products to a bunch of sealed products like Chips and Nutella commenting that you wouldn't return those once opened most places you buy chips and Nutella would let you return those things once open if they were full so I guess she was still thinking in terms of can it be repackaged and sold.nnThe possibly valid points the beautician made despite the fact she shouldn't have been argumentative at all were; Shoppers does not do returns for any of the brands that don't seal those specific products.nnWhen told that it should say that somewhere at minimum on the receipt if not on the display she kept repeating the policy. She kept repeating it throughout the whole interaction as if somehow by repeating it enough she make the information time travel to before the purchase.nnShe both seemed concerned we hadn't checked that there was no seal before leaving the store, and absolutely confident no one opened unsealed products in the store since COVID meant they no longer had official testers just entire displays of unsealed product.nnI'm sure there are legal issues with having exceptions to your return policy that aren't displayed or listed anywhere so they might want to fix that for future customers.nnTo answer her unasked question yes you should print that out and post it somewhere if the policy exists for the unfortunate people who shop here in the future. The conversation went here but she seemed to think we wanted a list of exceptions so we wouldn't have the same issue if we shopped at this location again?nnIn this case she accepted the return of the never sealed item, but just argued about it continuously even after telling us she would accept the return. Most of her arguments were so inaccurate or unbelievable my wife thought she was joking at first.nnHopefully, this interaction was partially due to her being uncomfortable in English, and choosing to be confidently wrong.nnMy advice to future clients is if you might ever want to return something and dislike confrontation you should avoid the cosmetic section at this shoppers.

The only place who puts up job opportunities but never call back... I've applied at least 30 times for the post office clerk since January and didn't even get a single call for an interview... Same for merchandiser position, cashier... I've applied for every possible position there and I have the experience, skills and knowledge to fulfill every position in there except pharmacist...
