Today I visited the store to return a t-shirt purchased 3 weeks previous that I wore once. Unfortunately, despite the precautions that I took, it shrank by 3 inches.nThe clerk at the return desk was unpleasant, telling me that I should see the manager but that she was not there today, that I had washed it, etc.nOf couse, I washed it! Otherwise it wouldn't have shrunk sitting in the closet.nI am a pleasant natured person.nI never had any other store hesitate to accept a return when the problem is with the merchandise and not with the client.nQuite humiliating to be standing at a return desk trying to convince a clerk to accept to take back an item under these circumstancesnShe finally accepted to provide me with a refund.
