Francis in the yard is great. While trying to use my contractor rebate, another employee asked the guy helping me if I deserve the same rebate as a contractor who's building a 400k house. Maybe he didn't know I speak French also. Not impressed, will buy elsewhere

Great staff here. Always will help you without making you feel bad for asking sully questions. They're so patient and accommodating. The store is always such a vibe during holiday seasons. I don't know who does the entrance area with all the decor but it's so beautifully done. It makes you feel a little bit like you stepped into a hallmark movie even if only for a moment. The staff at the back and front are always so kind. Thank you so much for always being great to everyone.
