Really bad service, the guy came in and did not know his stuff, plus when he found one small problem he didnt have his tool with him to fix it. Result, was left for 4 days without heat during winter! Next time he came he fixed the problem he found just to see that this was not the real problem, after that the guy tried to take a old piece worth 100$ that he claimed was his but we had the bill to show he was completely wrong. Now its been 2 weeks and the problem is not solve and were having problem to get answers back from him. The guy that im talking about is named is about 65 years old. If i could rate lower i would, it was a realy bad experience.

They do nice work but the service is not really good. You wait forever for them to come back and finish the work.

They were one of the few available quickly. I had Dennis on site, he was professional and honest, wich is something valuable. The work was shortly after. I recommend them. Ask for Dennis.
