Kal Tire

I asked for 38psi tire pressure (got 4 different psi 31, 33, 28, 30). I asked to line up the tire label lettering for the 5 tires so that they would be centered (5th tire spare on the back of the Jeep) whenever rotating (not one was centered correctly). Took 2 1/2 hours to change our 5 tires (and I had made an appointment 2 months in advance). They put the spares in the back any which way, had to put them in order).

Bought a car outside Ontario and needed a safety certificate to get plates in Ontario. They claimed bearings, rotors needed to be changed and eagerly offered to do the job. I told them that my dealer would do it free of charge as the car was still under initial one month warranty. The vehicle had passed inspection with the dealer and Mercedes. They charged me $120. The "manager" told me that he would charge me over again to reinspect but relented and said he would check for the parts they indicated and charge less for the second time. My dealer called these guys crooks. Their phones are constantly busy signal when calling. My dealer couldn't get in touch with them for a whole day. Dealer did the work. Now Kal tire won't give me a 15 minute appointment to check the work until next week because they're busy and I can't drive my car with proper plates. When I asked them why they're phones were busy they said it's because of winter tire season. I was there for an hour the phones wren't constantly ringing and they had a couple of cars in with most bays empty. Third rate joint! Enjoy my $150 you're an awful business

Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly. Their service is great, they are quick. They have a great selection of all season and winter tires as well as rims. Definitely recommended.

Honest hard work and very fast service.My fience&I always retourn to bring our vehicle for oil changes tires and regular check up's.This is the BEST in Town.
