Connoisseur Culture is a fantastic shop, conveniently located where the old LCBO used to be—so there’s plenty of parking. The store itself is modern, clean, and very welcoming.nnA special shout-out to Jaimee, who made our visit genuinely enjoyable. He speaks clearly, is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and if he doesn’t know something, he’ll happily go find the answer. There’s absolutely no sales pressure, and someone is always available to assist.nnJaimee has a great way of connecting with clients—his energy and professionalism made the whole experience fun. We walked away laughing! Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of speaking to one of the associates named Jamie sorry if I misspelled and i’m just blown away. As a Montrealer, walking in that shop was like a breath of fresh air. Jamie actually knew what they were talking about, and was able to give me advice based on my needs. Jamie if you are reading this, you are awesome. Experiences like this are what really draw me in.nnBesides the great customer service, the prices were also fantastic when compared to other nearby competitors. Found my new favourite shop.

Great store... Have to drive from Quebec because the SQDC sucks lol. This store is so much better and the interior looks good too. If i could make a suggestion if they would display all their rolling papers in the front glass would be nice :D

So much variety and range in products. The staff is great at helping me narrow down my choices and providing cool recommendations. Not pushy sales reps but advisors and super friendly. Would definitely return even if it is 1hr from my home.

These guys sold me an ounce of Simply Bare that was packaged 14 months ago. Pretty convenient that they tried to put it on sale right when it was that old. They told me they removed it from the shelf, but it’s still on their website. They didn't even offer me a discount or nothing for their mistake and terrible service. I had to drive back and waste my time, and money. I live 35 mins away. They offered no discount or any compensation at all and I was only given store credit. I only went to this store because of their website advertising that sale. I won't go back again and I'll be telling my friends to do the same.
