I've dealt with the garage department. I had to get my tires "Road force" to get them replaced by manufacturer. Well this location has it! It cost the same price for balancing with the normal balancing machine.

I had Matthew doing the work on my tires and he took all the time needed until the tires were perfect. I had also Maxime from customer service which provided me all the info needed for my warranty claim.

Thanks again, will do business with you again !

Have always been satisfied with the service; extremely knowledgeable and qualified service technicians.  Claude, the head mechanic, apart from being a mechanics wiz, runs a tight ship. Staff is seamlessly fluent in both official languages; courteous and polite.  I highly recommend the Hawkesbury Canadian tire store, especially the automobile department. You will not be disappointed.
