Discount Car & Truck Rentals

This place is a joke! Staff had me on hold for 20 minutes just to get a rate. Then they arguing with me telling me it's family day weekend that I requested the rental for. I told her dumbass in BC is family day that weekend and we live in Ontario. Definitley do not recommend this place your better off stealing a car then renting from here !!

The branch manager at this location (Sujil) is a fraud. After renting for 2 days (preauth + cost of rental paid for upfront) my card was charged $32.00 the following day without my authorization. I received no phone call or any form of receipt. We used this location a couple of times for monthly rentals, it’s obvious these guys are all about a dollar whether it means taking customers credit cards and putting unauthorized charges on them!!. Disgusting. I’ll be contacting head office to provide my feedback and launch a dispute in regards to the funds illegal taken off of my credit card.

I booked a truck 1 way for a move from mississauga to ottawa. With their per kilometre it was going to be expensive. I found a promotion on their website for only $300. I started calling the store and the customer service line to get this promo, however i got the classic run-around from the store as well as the customer service. I even went to their location to inquire but they would not honour this special promo. At one point the customer service agent told me that their policy is to not rent 1 way during month end but didnt explain to me how I was able yo book a 1 way from thejr website. DONT USE DISCOUNT FOR ANYTHING. ITS A SCAM THAT THEY ARE RUNNING.

Not the best experience here, staff wouldn't give 19 a day rate, and wouldn't give me the rate which I saw online. (while I had another discount rental give me better discounts than online pricing(after I've been here)) Staff insisted they would give me a great rate, which it wasn't, They insistsed I take their insurance even though I told them I had my own(and verified with my insurance company) The van I rented was dirty and looks like no one cleaned the inside for a long time. BEWARE and look online if you have to book with them!

Truck was fine apart from spinning drivers side mirror, easily fixed and when mentioned on return was given discount for next hire. Service was fine.
