Desjardins Ford Ltee

Bought my first F150 here, dream comes true :) I was well treated here, the sales representative Mr. Zhang is very nice and patient for any of my question. And I didn't feel any pressure or pushing from their financial manager which exists in many other dealers' place. Haven't experienced any maintenance yet, so far so good. Recommend!

The worest dealer I met. They want to sell you everything. Carefully read your contract, as you would be suprised later. Called them few times, but never answer my call.

My first vehicle from them the service was relatively ok but now Ive bought my second vehicle from them 4 months ago . They called me to take advantage of new promotions and it seemed worth it but i specified that i did not want less options than my previous truck , and of course my new one was missing a feature so i wasnt happy and they said they would fix the issue but couldnt do it now because they were busy with winter tire season and they would call me as soon as its quieter . 3 months later im still waiting and they never called me back !! I will never buy from desjardins ford again ! If they want my buisness again they really need to compensate me in a big way and as well fix the missing part on my truck .

Samir gave me a really good deal, aside from the employee pricing discount, he slashed $10 from the bi weekly payment and made sure that I got the setup that I want. Never convinced me to get a lesser model when we told him that the car that I want was more than our planned budget. He made the adjustment, and no pushy tactics like other car dealers where they would say “you’d need these addons or some BS to improve credit score and insurance”,

It was close to my work so I gave it a try. After trying it three times. Conclusion, they never deliver on time, oil change 4+hours. Get a call back from service, not existant. Let's not even talk about the awful attitude Pierre from body shop. What a piece of work this guy is. Never going back here, taking my business elsewhere.
