Hello, I would agree to an Asian Reviewer here. If there’s Zero review, I would give this a ZERO. If you’re Asian, better go to another Mercedes dealer. I’ve heard Mercedes West Island do better service and you won’t feel any prejudice because of your race and to top that, they won’t trick you of hidden charges. They will try to accommodate what you want and need. Also, I must say this is the worse and greedy dealership I’ve ever encountered. They will charge you a lot for maintenance, though IT’S NOT NEEDED. I’ve experienced A LOT, A LOT of overcharge with them. If I were you, especially if you’re Asian, try your very best to NOT EVER BUY or even visit this dealership. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Save your money. Don’t make a mistake of ever doing business with them or if you already did like me, don’t do it again. Go to another Mercedes dealership. This is a very honest review. No hate just pure honesty. Thank you.

BEWARE - Dishonest, manipulative manager who coaches his sales team to lie and when you confront him; he does not owe his mistake and pretends to be ignorant. Lied to us about a car that we were supposed to buy and sent us a quote. He wanted us to pay him a deposit on a car that was already sold 2 days ago. Wasted our time and flight ticket monies. Very shady dealership. Have filed a formal complaint to headquarters in Canada and Germany. Also sent this transcripts and pictures and emails to Marketplace Canada to investigate. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

Bought a car from there. Very good service and good staff. They serve you water and anything you need as soon as you walk in.

Had my car serviced there a few times. Disappointed in the service specialists who most of the time can't answer any of my questions on the phone and automatically ask me to bring in my vehicle for verification (150$ labor for 1 hour of verification). I called up other MB dealerships in the Montreal area and they were pleased to answer my technical questions and even gave me feedback on what I should do to mitigate the problem I had and if it didn't fix it, then I could bring it in for them to look at it. Except that, they are nice people and they have good free bagels for people that wait for there cars to be serviced.

Long overdue review! Leased a 2014 C350 with them 4 years ago. Excellent service from Samuel Daoust. Professional & always top notch!! Great dealership and team!
