BMW Canbec

I had a great experience with BMW Canbec. The sales representative was Eran Dahan in BMW Canbec. He was extremely professional and supportive to lead us and to finalize our new car lease. Eran's dedication goes beyond not only getting the right deal for us but also he goes above and beyond to check periodically and/or whenever any service appointment happens - to see how we are doing, whether we are still satisfied with the performance of the vehicle and how can he provide additional support in making it easier for us whenever we visit the place. Extra-ordinary support, going the extra mile :)

This is my Second BMW with this dealership. My first car was amazing a service was good. However,I must say with my second car I'm treated like a valued customer. My client advisor, Eran Dahan, went out and beyond to make sure am satisfied with the whole process of selecting the car, picking it up and he keeps on checking on me every now and then to make sure I'm satisfied with my new X3. He is truly wonderful and makes me determined to go back there once my lease is up.

I took my car for service to Canbec and they did not properly close the drain plug when they did the oil change. I drove to Toronto and on the way back to Montreal, almost mid-way home the drain plug fell off and all the engine oil drained out. I noticed there is something wrong with car and fortunately I stopped the car and called BMW roadside assist. This weird mistake of Canbec could result burning the engine. Within half an hour a towing truck came and took my car to Otto's BMW in Ottawa. It was on a Friday around 4 pm that we reached Ottawa and they were super nice to take care of me in less than two hours. They reinstalled new drain plug and filled the car with oil, washed the engine, did a road test, washed my car and they handed me two cups of coffee to drink on the way to Montreal. Otto's BMW charged me 237$ and suggested that I get reimbursed from Canbec since the issue seems to be their fault. I visited Canbec and explained the situation, showed them some photos and Otto's BMW invoice. Surprisingly I did not receive a single apology for all the inconvenient they caused for not doing their job properly. All I heard from the service manager was that they will send a reimbursement check to my address and if the car is ok now!! I strongly do not recommend this dealership and personally I would drive a few more kilometers and get my services done somewhere else. This was my second bad experience with Canbec. I don't really leave reviews online but I had to leave this one. Short story, the first one was when my dad and I took the same car for oil change and was told the car will be ready within an hour or hour and half but we waited for four hours and all this time the car was not even touched and they have lost my car key. they finally gave us a loaner car and called later in the same day to pick up the car when it got ready. This time they apologized for what has happened.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from BMW Canbec and the salesman I worked with - Steven Tremblay was totally invested in me as a client from the day I walked into the showroom. He was dedicated, attentive and ensured to exceed our expectations in the way he interacted with us. He consistently followed up to ensure that we were happy and were interested in the purchase without putting too much pressure and giving us the time we need to shop around before coming back to him to make the purchase. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, time and attention provided by Steven and I highly recommend him as well as BMW Canbec to anyone wanting to buy a BMW in the future.

Just a unique experience, this time it was not only about another quality vehicle made by BMW, it was all about the people in CANBEC, specially “Eran Dahan”, a car enthusiastic who loves what he is doing, we met him first time when we decided to explore the available options in EV market, more than 6 months back. It was a long journey to choose the best possible option, but he was with us from day one till the time we have charged our car at our own place for the first time! An unforgettable experience.
