Have been a loyal customer for years because they deserve it. Service at the top of the audi dealer network and simply miles ahead of competitor BMW. 

Even though service is already good, they’ve recently stepped it up to another level, the staff are even more attentive. 

All service agents are great although I have a couple of favorites (thanks Medhi!). 

At Prestige you are always informed and up-to-date on status of your car. Can do late pickup. Loaners never a problem. 

Just need Audi to bring an electric car to market...

Unless you have warranty remaining, do not go here. This place is rubish. I got my winter tires replaced and they didn’t even bother to call me to let me know when it was done.

The tires apparently need changing but they never called me to request if I want to buy new ones, they just replaced it with the old ones. Why am I going to a mechanic for if you cannot let your clients know the fixes that should be done or not?!
Now I noticed I have a leak in a tire and they probably also just ignored that. I need to take this back to a real garage.

My first service on my A4 was FANTASTIC! From their call to book my appointment to the lovely and friendly receptionist who returned my car. Excellent service and experience! BRAVO Audi Prestige!!

Ask for Jack Nolden, very knowledgeable and nice rep. We just bought an A4 Progressive Quattro from Jack with best price in Montreal and he spent an hour with us explaining functionality of the car.

Kudos, keep up with your good service Jack.
