Subaru Montréal

I had a very good experience purchasing my new Forester from Subaru Montreal. Our sales associate Steven was very helpful, while the financial manager Morgan was exceedingly patient and welcoming. They both ensured that my experience purchasing my first vehicle was smooth and enjoyable. My only critique is that Steven seemed rushed to close the sale when we first met him, as he had some other clients that he was due to meet after us. However, Morgan stepped up and took the time to explain everything and ease our initial hesitations, while Steven proved to be very accommodating in all subsequent interactions and truly made me feel part of the Subaru family.

Excellent service received! I dealt with Chino and Morgan who bent over backwards to answer my questions,meet all my needs and give me excellent advices. Thanks to them and their team for making it all possible! Highly recommended.

Due to my exceptional experience dealing with Subaru Montreal, I wanted to post this review. Our sales associate Steven Lufty, was very knowledgeable about his product and made the whole experience an enjoyable and stress-free process. Could not have asked for better service! Went to two other subaru dealers off island thinking I would get a better service/deal but I was not impressed at all. Decided to give Subaru Montreal a shot and I was extremely surprised at their honesty. Steven and Lea were extremely courteous and welcoming. Just bought the 2018 Crosstrek with them. I knew the demand was high and the price really couldn’t be negotiated but they worked some magic and made it happen for me. They didn’t just try to sell me a car and call it a day, they made me feel like I am in good hands long term. Extremely satisfied! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I can't recommend them enough. I needed a lease fast and Steven was incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. I had the car the next day. The entire team--Steven and Lea are the ones who worked with me most--are very good and make one feel comfortable and supported. Customer service of this high quality is very rare.
