Story

Cette concession a été attribuée en fait à un partenariat entre Groupe Holand et Groupe Park Avenue pour devenir le premier concessionnaire Rolls-Royce au Québec.

Les locaux de la future concession seront érigés sur l’ancien site de Ferrari Québec sur la rue De Sorel à Montréal (près de la jonction du boulevard Décarie et de la rue Jean-Talon – voisin de Bentley et d’Aston Martin).

It's been months after taking delivery of the car and still waiting for them to complete the deal they agreed to, they owe me money and a second key. Frank Peronace will lie to you and tell you to trust him and he will take care of you, however he will not. He will put you off and just hope you go away. There was damage to the front bumper, doors, rear glass, passenger glass, backup cam doesn't work, and he still owes me money after the deal. I certainly would not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. If anyone wants to hear more before you lose out please contact me and I will at least give you my side of the story. Their sister dealership is West Palm Beach Lambo so you can save yourself the trouble and avoid both.

I've been to some high end dealers and this was by far the best experience thus far. Steve's approach was very easy going and friendly despite me making it clear I wasn't going to buy a car on the spot. We ended up making a deal on my 2nd visit and was introduced to the GM ( frank ) and Service manager ( David .) The whole team was amazing and I highly recommend them Thanks !!!

Great atmosphere, professional, informative and friendly. When you're making one of the most important purchases in your lifetime, you want it to be hassle free and the staff here make it feel that way! Ask for Steve, and you'll get more than just great service, you'll get a good laugh and nice espresso. Always a pleasure; the epitome of class and professionalism!

Very unprofessional. Sent various emails, left several voice messages and no response of any kind. I was willing to make the journey to Montreal to purchase a preowned Mercedes and wasn't even given the simple courtesy of a return call, email, etc. if you're buying a Rolls Royce, I'm certain you'll get a return call immediately. If you're buying preowned, maybe find a more professional dealership to deal with.
