Days Inn West-Eau Claire

We stayed here for three nights with our 3 children and 4 pets. Nice rooms with a huge tv. Very quiet area. We had a good stay, and the housekeeper we had was very nice and courteous. McDonald's is right next door with a gas station that has a Subway in it right beside that.

Great place, very quiet. Fabulous staff, well maintained and clean rooms. Modern. I'll be coming back!

Worst service ever. Bugs in the bathroom. Checked in. Left to eat came back used the Jacuzzi and went to shower after 20min and realized the bathroom was not clean. Took pictures. Went to desk and he would only give 50% back. And was absolutely rude to me. Said I used the room so he had to charge me something. Absolutely never staying again. Pool and hot tub was out of service. Gym was a room with treadmill and elliptical. So gross

Stayed almost a week, no guests or visitors allowed in rooms without prior approval, not a problem for me, & I honestly believe they have set guidelines due to people who are trash & try to deviate the hotel's rules. Owners are awesome. Husband & wife always together, cleaning together, so cute to watch a couple people who are genuinely happy & love each other

For the price, we we're very satisfied. We we're traveling across country and just needed a place to sleep for the night and this was just fine. Bed was comfortable and we had a small fridge and microwave. We had read some bad reviews and was very leery about staying here but we had no complaints. The staff was very friendly as well.
