Oak Ridge Village Mobile Home

I currently live in this mobile court and have NEVER had an issue with them. They have worked with me when my rent was a couple weeks late when I fell on hard times as a single parent. They never sent any mean letters to me. They are reasonable and keep to themselves. My parents also live in the same court and have for many years, they too have no problems. Just follow the rules and don't make a nuisance of yourself any you'll be fine.

My friend lives in that park and I've known friends thru the years have lived there. Sure there's always gonna be some issues with a mobile home park. I thought forever this was referred to as Shawtown Mobile home park. Interesting. Thats what most know it as. If I still lived in EC I'd look at a place in this park. Not any worse or better than the others in the area. But Waaay better than that dump of a mobile home court up over off of Hastings way on that road Spicklers was/is on.

The landlord is a drunk and pot head.. he allowed pervets. To come in to the park where kids play. To pick up scrap. He drives around drunk. And has no respect to renters rights. Good luck on selling ur trailer there. They like to not approve them to rent so no one can rent from u. They will fight till u give up. And then hand ur propriety to them so they can sell it for their own profits...
