This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in all summer & it wasn’t the most expensive! My partner and I were very comfortable here and we are people who keep a clean house. Anil checked us in and checked us out with excellent customer service. The breakfast here was great and they had multiple protein choices.
We've stayed here several times over the last several years. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Rates are reasonable. Friendly staff. Can ride our bikes to the bike path. Will stay again, but the chemical smell in the bathroom this last recent stay was awful. I believe an industrial chemical cleaner was used and the odor was so strong that we felt like we were going to gag. The bathroom door had to be kept shut, otherwise the entire room reeked and you can't open the windows. You could still smell the chemicals in the morning. I would recommend a low odor chemical cleaner. I do feel sorry that the cleaning staff have to inhale these chemicals on a daily basis. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
We had a nice stay. The free breakfast was decent and the hotel gentleman Anil was very hospitable and attentive. My only complaint was we asked to check in two hours early and they wanted us to pay a fee. There was a couple cosmetic dings our room and bathroom but overall a decent place.
We stayed there as a family in 2 conjoining rooms. The families loved the pool. The water was not freezing like most hotels, it was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. Anil was very courteous and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was great. We had a pleasant visit and can't wait to schedule another trip to Eau Claire to spend time together with the Grandkids.
Anil at the front desk was able to find me and my elderly parents two rooms at the last minute on a very busy long weekend. He was professional under pressure and provided the best rate available. Throughout our stay, all front desk staff made sure our experience was pleasant. Plus, another 5-stars to the staff that serviced our rooms!
