Bed was so comfortable great breakfast selection. Game room was a little to warm. Pool was not functioning due to maintenance but overall was an enjoyable stay

The room was nicer than I expected, the staff was helpful and professional. The hotel as a whole was clean. There seemed to be a shortage of pool towels but we were able to check out 2 towels at the desk under our room number. I would stay again for sure.

Clean, decent breakfast.  Pool was great for the kids after a long trip.  The only reasons I posted only 4 stars was because of a few small things.  Pool temp was rather on the cold side.  My kids didn't last very long before just wanting to be out.  Also, water pressure in the shower was disappointing.  Overall, was glad we stayed here.  Convenient access to I-94, route to Mondovi, and all the things to do in Eau Claire.

The room exceeded our expectation.  There was families staying there for a hockey tournament and we never heard any outside noise like kids running the halls.  Lounge was a bit small but the bartender was very nice and was very funny.  Thanks for a very good stay.

Great place to stay - friendly, professional service from staff; rooms are clean and comfortable. Price is spot on for the quality of the facility. We have not been disappointed in staying at a Best Western Plus regardless of the city and/or state we stay.
