Clairemont Motel

Management very nice, tv, furniture and room out dated that i was in, but was clean. I stayed due to the price comparison to other places.

Called to book a room for my dad and he said he doesn't rent rooms to elderly people because he had to call the police on someone. He also said his hotel is not an assisted living home and I never implied my dads age or living situation. I only wanted 1 night. Complete discrimination and terrible customer service.

Peggy is the owner and she is really nice and helpful. She helped us a lot since we have been here and the rooms are very affordable! If you come here to stay make sure: Your not a criminal or have a record because you will be kicked out... Your not on drugs, and you aren't doing anything illegal. If your normal and have a job then im sure you will enjoy your stay!

Do NOT stay here. The women who runs the place is not nice, and that is putting it nicely. They don't tell you that they do a background check on you, while your standing right in front of her....I have nothing to hide but I think it's common curtosy to tell someone, Oh we require a background check for you to stay here. They also do not treat you like a guest but rather a inmate. You get asked tons of person questions that are none of their buisness. You do not get a list of things you get with your room or don't get, they do however hand you a 2 page rules sheet. Which includes threats of if you disobey them they have the right to kick you out at any time and keep your money. It's not worth staying here! Please find a better place to stay. Good Luck!
