After 25 hours traveling, I arrived to be greeted by a bubbly and energetic lady. My company booked me a twin sweet, the lady dug around and got me a king, not only better bed for me but saving the company money. Room - Lovely, clean and well equipped. Fridge & Microwave. Bathroom, well stocked and very clean! Breakfast - Best looking scrambled eggs I have ever seen in a USA hotel. (Didn’t get to taste as only having cereal) I have to say I am not a lover of this type of breakfast, plastic plates and knife and fork, however I can not and will not mark down for this as it is well stocked. In the space of 5 min the breakfast staff had checked everything several times. Gym - Small but everything working, a small swimming pool which is to small to get a workout in. Staff - I read a review saying staff were not friendly? Really I have had nothing but friendly service! Hotel Upgrade Work - Yes there is work being carried out but I didn’t actually hear anything or see anything apart from outside. All in all, a lovely place to stay!

Nate!!!! Nate is awesome !!!! Great customer service!! Hotel room was clean and super nice. Up to date and modern. Plenty of outlets for all of today's electronic gadgets. Love the rubber ducks in the bathroom .....very nice touch!!! Not part of the review......but I was very tempted to take some of the art work in the room home,very nice and up to date art.......gives it that touch of home !

i liked going there, and was quite surprised by all of the rubber ducks in the building to help it feel like home. It was also surprising, as my late aunt absolutely loved rubber ducks, and had a massive collection of them. The only complaint i would have about this place is that they do have some construction going on, so looking out the window, one gets a lovely view of the scaffolding around the entire building. also the pool was out of bounds as it was being redone as well during my stay.

Worst hotel ever. Manger rebecca does not care about hotel. construction AND banging on walls all night. Taco bell drive through noise. Rooms small. Toliets and shower made for children. Just worst stay ever. Breakfast is gross. Dirty and not good. Staff is very unhappy.

Love the room and friendly staff nate at the front desk is amazing . Stay here only and best part you get a cute rubber ducky to keep in the bathroom
