Poor service I dropped my ring off a while ago and now I cannot even get it back they cut all the stones the ring everything so I will never be able to have that ring back I am still very upset about that I even asked if I can have it back but they won't cough it up ipaid for it I should get it back!!!!😡😡

Customer service skills lacking to an appalling degree. When my mother and I went in to spend a "gift certificate" that was given to her along with the jewellery that my father had purchased for her, the sales lady tried to push several items on her that she did not want and could not afford. The sales lady would frequently take off to chat with friends and family, at one point giving someone a VERY long hug, and the items were not consistently price labelled making her continued assistance vital. When my mother complained about the lack of prices on items she was informed in a frosty manner that it was store policy to only price those items under $80. When my mother pointed out several items that were considerably over that $80 limit with prices displayed, the lady turned downright rude. She stated that she took it personally because, "it's a family store." That is obviously how she got her job as she certainly did not get it based on her customer service skills.
