I was looking for my new engagement ring couple days ago with my fiancé, we had very bad experience with another jewellery store so we didn’t expect anything from Paris Jewellers. There were two Asian girls helped us, they were very patient and explaining everything about the engagement ring we looked at. The girl with short hair educated me with the care plan and the different cares need to be taken for white gold and gold ring. Even though me and my fiancé didn’t buy it, we will come back for sure. It’s such a pleasure to shop in this location and thank you for your patience!

I went it on Friday, asked if they have a jeweler on site who can do measurements of a few diamonds from a ring I have, as I'm looking to reuse the diamonds onto a new ring. The sales person said they can definitely do the diamond measurements for me, however their Jeweler was off until today. Today I returned with my ring to have the diamonds measured, but was now informed that they don't do that, and the reason was becuase they dont have the tools to measure diamonds... They have a jeweler on site but he/she doesn't possess any measurement tools?? In any case, one person says they can, the next person insists they can't. No consistency, and as a result, lost my business.

Poor quality jewelry and bad customer service. I got a pair of earrings from Paris Jewellers 5 years ago. One of the diamonds fell out so I brought the earrings in to be fixed. They quoted $37 to put the diamond back in. The goldsmith took a look and said that the rest of the stones were loose as well so they sent them to head office for a new quote. Four months later, I hadn't heard anything. I called them and was told it would be $800 to fix the loose stones. The earrings only cost $170 originally.

I went in today to pick up my husbands wedding band, I was very disappointed that I could not read what was engraved on it, the lady said that it wouldn't have fit the ring with what i wanted engraved, but its so tiny and there was still half a ring they could have gone around. I paid almost $80 for something that took almost 3 weeks that i cannot read not to mention from all the work they did on it, they didn't even have the audacity to clean it. Very upset customer at the moment and will not be shopping here or referring service to anyone.

Horrible service! Walked in on April 21st around 8 pm and was looking at the engagement rings not one sales associate said hello or asked if we needed help. The women 'working' continued their conversation and ignored us the whole time. Was looking to buy but definitely wouldn't give my business to employees like that.
