I asked to speak with Reg the owner but he refused to come out and talk to me. To think, he was referred by a good friend and now ex client.

So impressed with the service and professionalism of their onsite gemologist, Paul. He appraised my engagement ring for insurance purposes and it was a great experience, explaining the whole procedure to me and allowing me to visualize (with the microscope) the tiny imperfections on the diamond. Will certainly be returning to this jeweler in the future.
