It's not about the money here, that much can be clearly seen. It's about the people, their lives, and their individual stories. There's no pressure to buy on the spot here; the knowledgeable staff readily encourage customers to do their homework and shop around. At Crowley's, they somehow manage to find the perfect fit for their customers' individual style and budget. 11 years ago I brought my (then) girlfriend to Crowleys to get an idea of what style of engagement ring she liked. Unfortunately at the time I could not afford her "dream" Tacori ring, and ended up getting one I could afford (still a beautiful ring though 😉). Fast forward 11 years, went to Crowleys and Shannon helped me find the ring that got away, put up with all my questions/requests, and found the perfect diamond. They even had my wife's ring size still on file from 11 years ago! Shannon was amazing, incredibly polite, informative, patient, and truly cared about what I was trying to do! Thank you Shannon for helping me get my wife's dream ring become reality!

Great experience and amazing service!!! Dallas is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to treat us like family. When we were buying engagement ring and our wedding bands, He knew exactly what I wanted and customized an amazing ring for me. I am extremely happy and always get compliments on the beautiful design. High quality jewellery and service, we continue to go back because Dallas is always great to work with, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and never pushy!!!!

You can always count on a warm smile, a welcoming hug and nothing less than stellar customer service over at Crowley's Jewellers. Over the years I have gotten to know Barry and have become quite spoiled by his "white glove" service. He continues to go out of his way to make the customer the center of his focus. His attention to detail is most incredible, add his professionalism, and honesty, and you have a winning team member.
