PANDORA

I have been to this location many times, but this week had to be the worst. I walked in and everyone was busy except for a girl at the back till. So I walked up and waited while she finished what she was doing. Then she looks up at me and says "Is your name on the list?" In an awful tone and I had no idea there was a list so I replied "no" and she says "I can't help you. How did you manage to get all the way back HERE without putting your name on the list? I guess I'll have to just do it FOR you!!" Stunned, I said my name and thanked her (??) And proceed to wait 40 minutes while her and the manager chatted and giggled and walked around doing nothing, and each staff member one by one finished with their customers and I stood there not being helped. Finally, one associate notices I'm waiting and she was then very helpful. Being a retail manager myself, I just couldn't get past the fact that no one was helping me for 40 minutes. In my store the customer comes first and our store duties come second no matter what. I also would never let an employee who is not working and dressed inappropriately behind the counter and wander in and out of the back room like they own the place - so unprofessional. This was my second interaction with this manager and the first time he wasn't any better.

I was looking for a specific ring and Pandora had one very similar that I loved that I saw online. I went to the store late, it was 15 mins until closing and I didn't know the name of the ring but I explained it to the helpful associate and she knew the one I was talking about immediately. She helped me find my size and try it on as well as showed me some others that were so beautiful that it made me have a hard time deciding. I decided to go with my original one and even after trying on all the rings and taking forever to decide the associate was very supportive throughout the process. At the till when I was paying I was told all the rings here come with lifetime free cleaning which was pretty cool. Store was clean with good selection of products and perfect lighting and ambience, felt very extravagant. Great experience here, will definitely be back.

Customer service at this store was not the greatest at first. After an exchanging nightmare just after Christmas we were quite disappointed. However, after explaining our situation to the District Sales Manager the following day, our disappointment was quickly reversed. She was amazing and a clear demonstration of how customer service should be. Our heart-felt thank you to Kerry at the Kingsway store for making a very disappointing situation great again.

Went to get my bracelet cleaned and they sent me somewhere else because they are a franchise and not corporate. That really disappointing.

Pandora in Kingsway is our favorite place.The service is always beyond our expectations and the girls are so patient with us.Today I went to buy a present for my girlfriend, and I mentioned that my leather bracelet was coming of the silver hook to my surprise they exchanged for me, and I didn't even ask!that is amazing costumer service.Isabella help me to pick a present for my girlfriend and she was absolutely delightful,professional,friendly,and knowledgeable. Thank you Isabella, you created the ultimate present for my girlfriend. Great experience..
