Dairy Queen

This place is so much better than the majority of fast food places out there they're burgers are actually made with real beef and are the best tasting burgers out of all the burger places they also have awesome onion rings and fries and I don't need to tell you about their flurries or out of this world milkshakes and then there's the banana splits or Sundays and to top it all off they've got the best ice cream cakes money can buy so all I can say is that this is one place that's worth the money try it you won't be sorry

Today I stopped for lunch at the Dairy Queen on Ferry St in Niagara Falls with my wife and youngest daughter. I love any restaurant that seems like it was left behind in the past, but this one topped them all. The owner was working the cash and taking orders, and he is one of the nicest/ funniest people we’ve ever met. We had the pleasure of talking to him... a bunch! From describing what an Ice Cream Cake is to customers who obviously knew what an Ice Cream Cake was, to telling everyone the daily specials they had on, and counting the customers and cars in the parking lot to make sure people weren’t just using the spots lol, he made our lunch unforgettable. The table service was amazing, bringing over our ice cream after we ate our hot food was great and it was hands down the best fast food experience I have ever had. Not to mention the news articles on the wall about how the owner was basically the most influential football, basketball, and fastball coach that Niagara Falls has ever had spanning over 3 decades. I sincerely hope I can eat here again and that the owner George Lalicich is behind the counter.

Service was rude and our blizzard came out with the outside of the cup covered with chocolate, no exaggeration. Not a pleasant experience, unfortunately.

The food was fresh and delicious. But the one lady was super grumpy and just not friendly. She corrected a staff member about not pushing down on a lever so hard but she did it so rudely and than she retreated behind the counter and wasn't helping with the line. No one at my table seemed to have good stories about her. But that young man making ice creams was doing amazing and was doing all the work!!! A promotion and a fire should be in order! I wish i knew the old lady name. She brought my food to my table so grumpily and asked if I was missing somthing.i was and than she disappeared. The young man helped me afterwards.

Worst DQ ever. Looked like over 7 ppl on but still took an exorbitant amount of time for my 2 snack wraps
