IHOP Niagara Falls, Four Points by Sheraton

Excellent staff! You can't get tap water but at least it's Eska for 2.99. Food was what we expected for 6.99. Service was great. Great choice of you're in a hurry. The coffee was good.

Went with my family for lunch. Lovely server. Ordered a chicken sandwich and two kid's meals. My husband was not hungry so he had coffee. The kid's meals were good and good portions. My meal was not very good and was small. My daughter's kid's meal had more fries than I had. $63 and change including a tip!!!! Rediculiously expensive! :(

The menu has so many option I spent half the time trying to decide what to order. In my opinion food was good but I could not find a healthy choice...which I found hard to believe as the menu has more than 100 options to choose. Anyways, if you are looking for tasty food and large plates this is the place. You can expect to spend 20-30 p/p.

Service here has always been mediocre but it was close which is why we always went. But this time I actually felt the need to write a review. My girlfriend went to grab seats while I loaded the car and despite it being relatively empty, it still took 10 minutes for someone to notice her. After we were seated, no one had approached us for about 15 minutes, no waters or anything. We finally got our food which was another 20-25 minutes or so. When we were finishing up, our waitress (who's name was Madeline) was no where to be found. Needless to say, won't be coming back here anymore.

Food and service were both good. The pumpkin spice pancakes were delicious. Prices here are outrageous. More than double a regular IHOP. Was $55 for two for breakfast. I asked them to remove the tourism tax that is voluntary (do your homework people) and they did but didn't seem impressed.
