Don't go here. The bare minimum is seating guests, and they still can't do this. Extremely understaffed and the waiters and waitresses working here look lost and not sure what the heck they are doing. If the owner is reading this: hire better workers because the female one is slacking off. Optimize your operations; many of them are walking back and forth wasting energy and steps. Niagara Falls restaurants are competitive, and if you do not improve you will be in trouble.

food was good but service was poor! We watched other tables get the complimentary bread they give you but we didn’t receive any. When we ask the waitress about it when she came to check up on us after our meal was finished, she asked if we wanted it. She mixed up our order, we ordered the Kafta wrap, gave us the wrap/fries combo and charged us for it. I also had to go get ketchup myself after waiting 5 mins when the food came. Water was never refilled because our table wasn’t serviced during the meal! On the whole service needs to improve and they need to pay attention to customers who aren’t big party tables!

Terrible service. Firstly took forever to get our order taken. We ordered the full platter; when we finally got the food it was such a small portion for such an expensive price. Had to ask almost 4 times for extra pickles and other condiments. Not once did they come to ask how everything was. Would never go to this place again. Don't waste your time or money.

Remember guys, its inside of Fall view casino mall.. google maps is little tricky atleast for me. Lol Food was good, as usual like other branches in ON. seating arrangements is less and so is their servers.. overall its in a good place..

The Niagara falls Paramount location is not at par to the GTA locations. Poor customer service, incredibly long wait times (it wasn't even busy) and the food....did not was disappointing. No salt in the rice, manakeesh was just cheese pizza (i've had manakeesh tones of times), had to ask for water refills, asking for garlic or hot sauce seemed like it was frowned upon. Overall, I like paramount, just this location was disappointing.
