Canyon Creek

VERY disappointed. My husband and I have been many times, we had family down (there was 4 of us total not a large party of ppl) and suggested we eat at Canyon Creek. We were there for over 2 hours. We saw tables be seated, get their drinks, appetizer and dinner while we sat and waited for our food. All we were offered was another loaf of bread. I went to the front to say how we have waited for over a hour for our meals. Our food finally came and was cold, we were told" ya your food was stuck behind a big party". No apologies or anything for the ridiculous long wait and our waitress was actually rude and made a snippy comment to us for wanting our bill and dessert to go as that wasn't coming either. A terrible experience and We don't think we will be coming back to your restaurant again.

Fantastic meal. During the fall, the trees block the falls a bit, but you can still see them in between. The food was absolutely incredible, and our server Renata was wonderful. I had the price fix menu, which was a great value compared to other neighboring restaurants. I had the chipotle sirloin which I would definitely order it again.

Our second visit to this location pales in comparison to the first. We attended Saturday evening and will not return. The restaurant is in a central location and has a dedicated wait staff. Unfortunately, the steaks we had were both overcooked. We didn't think it was so bad as to send it back but saw others send their meals back to the kitchen. When you factor in that parking in the building costs $40 it is hard to recommend a steakhouse that is barely competent at cooking a steak. Two steaks and two glasses of wine came to $90. Which we were surprised by but the extra $40 hit as we left parking ensured that we will never return. Too many good options in the falls to subject yourself to this. I recommend Sandstone or Lucky's for a consistent quality steak.

A group of us went last night for a 7:15 reservation. There were a total of 8 people. They were nice and seated us quickly. The waitress was really nice but so slow. The food, complementary bread and butter, drinks and even bill took a very, very long time. We were there for 3 hrs. Very disappointing. I have to say, the food was great. All orders were correct and custom orders were bang on. A couple of people ordered drinks and sent them back. Overall, they were nice but the slow service were completely unacceptable.

Great food! The service was very quick and the staff was extremely attentive! I highly recommend. Our servers name was Peter and he was fantastic.
