Skylon Tower

Our visit to the Skylon Tower was truly an unforgettable experience! We originally booked dinner at the Revolving Dining Room for 7:00 PM but decided to move our reservation to 9:00 PM. It turned out to be the best decision because we were able to enjoy the spectacular 10:00 PM fireworks over Niagara Falls.nnThe panoramic views of Niagara Falls and the beautiful Canadian city skyline were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the scenery slowly change as the restaurant revolved made the entire dining experience even more special.nnAlthough the meal is on the pricey side, the quality of the food and the generous portions made it well worth it. Every dish we ordered was delicious and exceeded our expectations.nnAfter dinner, we visited the observation deck. It was quite cold and windy, but the incredible views made it worth braving the weather.nnThe service throughout the evening was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend experiencing the Skylon Tower if you're visiting Niagara Falls. It's a memorable experience that is absolutely worth it!

The views are fantastic. My steak was cooked exactly as ordered. The sides served with the steak left a little to be desired. I ordered an espresso martini which was extremely over-shaken causing it to be nothing but foam. The wait staff were great. The pricing seems to be a little high for the caliber of food served but you are paying for a table with a great view of the falls and city. I would highly recommend reservations for dinner.

One of the best places to enjoy breathtaking views. Visiting on a weekday is probably the best option if you want to avoid the crowds and have a more relaxing experience. $15/ day parking inside the parking lot, other wise $10/daynnThe restaurant offers a great dining atmosphere with beautiful panoramic views, which is definitely the highlight of the visit. The food was average—not bad, but not particularly memorable. The menu selection was also quite limited.nnConsidering the prices, I expected better food quality and more menu options. Overall, it's a wonderful destination for the scenery and ambience, while the dining experience , for foods has room for improvement.

Skylon Tower offers a variety of shopping experiences, a full arcade, and a fun museum in addition to two restaurants and an observation deck approximately 800 ft over the Niagara Falls. Dinner reservations are highly recommended if you are planning to eat during your visit, but be aware that you can only use your free elevator tickets 15 minutes prior to the meal. Our party showed up a bit early and so we explored the lower two levels. Our favorite part was the arcade in the basement. Although about 10% of the games were out of order, there were probably a hundred that were in good working condition. We enjoyed the unusual and nostalgic systems that they offered there. We saw several that we've never encountered in the United States, including a spaceship game that allowed you to sit in a gyrosphere like spaceship, viewing a monitor well moving the ship around 360°. This gave a virtual reality type vibe that may have been popular inn the '90s. They offered coin drop games to earn tickets, several claw machines with a variety of products in them, skateboarding, skiing, and snowmobiling games that also gave a virtual reality vibe, and rows of regular video games. They offered a Canadian style bowling alley that cost nine tokens. The bathrooms were conveniently located in the lower level, and there was a pizzeria that wasn't opened at the time, but appeared to offer snack food and beverages for game players. We arrived 2 hours early and for $40 we were able to entertain the five of us until it was time for our meal. Highly recommend!

Good food but not to the level neither of the price or the service. Yes you pay for the view, but it shouldn’t be the best of what you get going there at that price.nnOur main server was a rude woman who seemed already grumpy before serving us but even more after she saw that some of us didn’t have the appetite of others and that we would share. Maybe we didn’t make her enough money but either way the service was really bad not to the extreme but still way less than what you’d want from this place.nnFood was great for what we had, although as mentioned not as good as the price suggest. the Keg and the Brasa were way above for similar prices and service was amazing especially at the Keg.nnAnd then the view was wonderfull, we had a good look at the falls and the sunset and it was the best thing of the experience.nnWe didn’t get yelled at or any extreme bad sevice and food wasn’t cold or anything but the review stands were it should for us.
